A bit about me…



I am a Registered Nutrition Consultant and Holistic Wellness Educator. I graduated Summa Cum Laude, in July, 2019 with a Master of Science degree in Health and Nutrition Education from Hawthorn University, which is now part of the American College of Healthcare Sciences, and has a double major in Elementary and Special Education from Northern State University. I hope you join me as I share my love of cooking through vintage & whole food recipes as well as traditional cooking techniques.
